Senior Director, University Alumni Association
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, University Alumni Relations, the new Senior Director, University Alumni Association will oversee a comprehensive set of programs designed to engage alumni the world over. The SD will supervise a staff of more than 24 alumni relations officers. Significant experience in building and managing the highest level of alumni communications strategies, events, and volunteers is required.

Reporting to the Dean of the Graduate School of Business, the Associate Dean of Alumni Affairs & Development will be a confident leader charged with strengthening a high performance, best-in-class development and alumni organization while simultaneously meeting aggressive annual dollar and participation goals across all units and preparing for a significantly sized campaign. S/he will lead and direct a staff of 30+ employees in multiple geographic locations. The ideal cnadidate has proven leadership and organization skills, will be a strong internal and external champion for development and alumni relations and will serve as a recognized expert in the advancement domain.
