Lisa Abair
A knowledgeable human resources professional, Lisa Abair is a Search Director at LLLS. Most recently at the American Heart Association as Director, Recruitment and Training, she possesses extensive experience in nonprofit recruiting, and is skilled in interviewing techniques and issues of staff retention.
Ms. Abair is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association, and a board member of the Jennifer Hunter Yates Sarcoma Foundation. She received her BA from Boston College.

Since joining LLLS she has filled positions for the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay (Director of Major Gifts), Housing Families (Director of Development), WGBH (Senior Program Manager), and capeAbilities (Director of Development).

 

Mary Ann Botelho
A search consultant with Lois L. Lindauer Searches since 2002, Mary Ann Botelho has two decades of experience working with not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Botelho began her career in public relations, helping charitable institutions strengthen their media relations, publications, and community relations efforts. Her diverse accomplishments include an award-winning media relations program to educate the public about chronic mental illness, publicizing the launch of the Handel & Haydn's Society's first CD and first performance at New York's Lincoln Center, and the development of a multi-cultural public information campaign encouraging the use of mammography screenings.

With experience in the array of nonprofit settings - health care, higher education, arts administration, and social service - Ms. Botelho brings to LLLS a unique understanding of market and operational challenges facing today's charitable organization. She most recently completed searches for the Clark Art Institute (Director of Development), Colby College (Associate Vice President of Communications), and the Hartford Seminary (Director of Institutional Advancement).

Ms. Botelho has a bachelor's in Psychology from Boston University's College of Liberal Arts and master's in Public Relations from BU's School of Public Communications.

 

Leenie Glickman
Since 2003, Leenie Glickman has brought enthusiasm and passion to her position as Candidate Development Specialist. Ms. Glickman’s commitment to finding the right fit for both client and candidate is evident.

Prior to joining the team at LLLS, she was a successful high-tech recruiter as well as an outplacement consultant. She has led outplacement workshops focusing on job search, interview strategy, and resume writing techniques. For 10 years, she has trained recruiters to communicate more effectively using high tech terminology. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Education.

 

Maureen Huminik
Search Director Maureen Huminik has over 13 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations. Focusing her career in annual fund, direct mail, and telemarketing, Ms. Huminik has held senior positions in healthcare and social service organizations such as Newton-Wellesley Hospital, AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Brigham and Women's Hospital.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Ms. Huminik is active in professional organizations such as Women in Development and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Maureen has served as team leader for multiple searches at Wheaton College, Wittenberg University, and at Washington University in St. Louis where she recently recruited the school’s Assistant Vice Chancellor and Director of Alumni Relations. She has also recruited for annual fund leadership positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Lahey Clinic. 

 
Marybeth Kelly
Marybeth Kelly joined LLLS as Office Manager in March, 2006. She has served in executive assistant positions for Coca-Cola USA, The Democratic National Committee, Morgan Stanley, Grove Street Advisors, and BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. A volunteer in various community-based capacities, Ms. Kelly received her BA in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts.
 

Jill Lasman
As Associate Director of Lois L. Lindauer Searches, Jill Lasman specializes in recruiting mid to executive level professionals for the nonprofit sector with a special emphasis on higher education. A skilled interviewer, Jill has completed over 50 searches for leading educational, healthcare, religious, and social service organizations and institutions.
Ms. Lasman now serves as team leader for the 28 searches LLLS is conducting for the University of Rochester, recruiting for such posts as Associate Vice President of Advancement Services and Associate Vice President of Capital and Special Projects.

She has also completed searches for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, (Director of Individual Giving), SUNY-University of Buffalo (Associate Vice President of Constituent Relations and Associate Vice President of Corporate Relations), and completed over 20 fundraising management positions for Carnegie Mellon University.  

Ms. Lasman has worked in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the areas of recruitment, training and database administration. As Coordinator of Volunteer Services at the National Council of Jewish Women in Livingston, New Jersey, she developed and managed programs for volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition.

Prior to joining LLLS, Jill worked with Madsen Personnel where she managed Customer Service for the Temporary Division. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. 

 

Kendra London
An Office Administrator with a very eclectic background, Kendra London manages LLLS’ many incoming calls and hectic interview schedule. Before coming to LLLS, she was as an Assistant Marketing Manager at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where her role encompassed serving as project manager for direct mail operations. Her numerous accomplishments there included significantly increasing direct mail response rates. 

Prior to her work at BJ’s, Ms. London served in a number of non-profit positions. She worked for the Boston Public Health Commission, teaching recovering addicts how to cook at the Long Island Shelter. During her tenure as a Member Services Associate at the Greater Boston Food Bank, she put her sense of fun to good use and dressed as a turkey to help make Thanksgiving holidays more festive for the agency’s clients. 

Ms. London is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where she received her bachelor’s in Food Marketing. In addition to her work, she is an amateur stand up comedian in the Boston area. 

 

Jodi-Joy O'Keefe
Jodi-Joy O'Keefe has a strong record of leadership and achievement in healthcare organizations and educational institutions, most recently as the Vice President for Development Operations of the American Heart Association, Northeast Affiliate. A knowledgeable development professional, Ms. O'Keefe has extensive experience in directing fundraising campaign operations, special event implementation, recruitment, training, and staff management. She has also served as a development consultant for the American Heart Association on both a statewide and national levels.

A graduate of Fairfield University, Ms. O'Keefe is a Search Director at Lois L. Lindauer Searches.  She has completed searches for Colby College (Director of Corporate, Foundations and Government Relations), Simmons College—School of Management (Director of Development), WGBH (Senior Program Manager), and the Woods Hole Research Center (Director of Development) among others. 

 

Audrey H. Paek
Audrey Paek has 15 years of experience in fundraising, managing effective teams in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, leveraging strategic business relationships, and delivering large-scale programs and initiatives. Most recently at WGBH as Manager of Trustee and Overseer Relations, Ms. Paek was later promoted to the newly created position of Diversity Initiatives Manager. Prior to WGBH, she worked as Lead Producer at Cooper Productions, a Boston-based special events production company, and in marketing/group sales at Boston Ballet.

Ms. Paek led the Boston Chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals as a three-term President. She is currently Vice President of the Asian Women’s Connection and a board member of the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence. She has also served on committees of several organizations including Monster.com, Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, Joslin Diabetes, AileyCamp Boston, and ASPIRE. She is a member of Women in Development, the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Sisters in Development.

A graduate of Smith College, Ms. Paek serves as the Vice President of the Smith College Alumnae Board. She is a Search Director at LLLS and has recruited for Associated Early Care and Education (Senior Vice President of Development, Marketing and Public Relations), Northwestern University—Kellogg School of Management (Regional Director of Major Gifts), St. Bonaventure University (Director of Institutional Grants), and the University of Chicago (Director of Individual Giving). 

 

Mary Lee Storrs
Mary Lee Storrs is a seasoned management professional experienced in a variety of nonprofit and financial services settings. In her position of Search Manager at LLLS, Ms. Storrs utilizes her significant relationship building skills and cultivated understanding of nonprofits to successfully identify and recruit candidates nationwide.  As search manager, she partners with Jill Lasman on our 28 searches for the University of Rochester. 

A graduate of Goucher College with a BA in International Relations and Economics, Ms. Storrs has been affiliated with local nonprofits such as Peabody Essex Museum, PreservatiON MASS, Gloucester Schooner Adventure, Historic Salem, Inc., and the Marblehead Museum and Historical Society.

 

Teresa A. Ward
With a fundraising and communications career in social services and health care spanning more than 25 years, Teresa A. Ward brings her knowledge of the nonprofit world and experience building teams to her position as Associate Director for Lois L. Lindauer Searches. Skilled in hiring and managing large staffs, Ms. Ward has helmed searches for leading health care, social service, and educational institutions across the nation.

In addition to serving as team leader for multiple fundraising searches at the University of Pennsylvania, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Emmanuel College, she has also recruited for Lahey Clinic (Director of Campaign Planning), the Boston Symphony Orchestra (Director of Major and Planned Gifts), and Joslin Diabetes Center (Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations). 

Ms. Ward has served as a senior staff member for several major Boston-based nonprofits, most recently as the Chief Advancement Officer of the American Red Cross of Mass Bay. Prior to joining the Red Cross, Ms. Ward was the Director of External Affairs at The Greater Boston Food Bank and the Director of Development for Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries.

A graduate of Boston University, College of Communication, Ms. Ward is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the National Committee on Planned Giving and has served on committees of many nonprofits.

 

Barbara Weener
A senior management professional with extensive experience in both nonprofit and for-profit business operations, Barbara Weener is a Search Director at LLLS. Most recently the former Vice President of Corporate Services at American National Power, Ms. Weener has evaluated and redesigned Human Resources programs, and is skilled in instituting new performance management and executive effectiveness plans. As the former COO of Jewish Family & Life, an educational multimedia nonprofit, Ms. Weener managed operations including programs and systems for Fundraising, HR, Finance, Technology, Program Management, and Publishing.

Ms. Weener graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BA in Economics and received her MBA from Babson College.  She has recruited for National Jewish Medical and Research Center (Regional Directors of Development for Boca Raton and Los Angeles) and Reach Out and Read (Director of Development). In concert with Teresa Ward, she has also recruited for numerous positions at Emmanuel College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
