American Technion Society (ATS) donors provide critical support for the Technion—more than $1.95 billion since its inception in 1940. Based in New York City, the ATS and its network of chapters across the U.S. provide funds for scholarships, fellowships, faculty recruitment and chairs, research, buildings, laboratories, classrooms and dormitories, and more.

The Opportunity

The Associate Vice President for Resource Development will bring a strategic and sophisticated approach and a proven track record of fundraising for major and principal gifts. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Resource Development, the Associate V.P. will create and execute a fundraising strategy for one of ATS’s largest and most lucrative hubs, the central region. The central region includes Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. As a result, this position can be based in Chicago or in Florida. The Associate V.P. will manage a team across this geographic hub and will oversee a portfolio of donors in the $1 million+ range, and also develop strategies for cultivating lay fundraising leaders throughout the region.
