The Opportunity

The Executive Director of Development will provide leadership and direction to the Major Gifts, Annual Giving and Donor Records, Gifts and Stewardship programs, and the Institutional Advancement Communication and Social Media Program. The Executive Director will also maintain a portfolio of prospects. A minimum of five years of fundraising experience in an educational setting and demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership within a development team is required. A proven track record of strategic and innovative thinking is strongly preferred.
