The Opportunity

The Senior Executive Director of Development, National Strategy (SEDOD-NS) will help build a national fundraising strategy encompassing events, affiliate groups, and individual giving. The SEDOD-NS will manage a national strategy, operations, and finance team, and lead the development and oversight of metric-based indicators. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate and National Philanthropy, the selected candidate will be able to identify, develop, and manage national fundraising efforts while ensuring cost effectiveness and maintaining a productive culture. The SEDOD-NS will possess significant experience (seven years+) in a healthcare, tech or nonprofit environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. A Master’s degree or background in business, business administration or a related field is required. A strong history in management of data analytics programs and personnel is preferred.
