The Opportunity

New Hampshire Public Radio is seeking an experienced manager for this new major giving leadership position, with dual priorities for bringing the $5 million Campaign for Innovation to a close (scheduled for 2021) while growing unrestricted revenue streams with an emphasis on major gifts. This self-starter will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gift donors and prospects in the areas of annual gifts, planned giving, capital gifts and special projects. The Director of Major and Planned Gifts will create strategies to strengthen donor engagement and stewardship, plan programs and special events, and collaborate with membership, development, corporate relations and marketing. This position reports to the Vice President, Development and Marketing. NHPR is seeking a candidate with management experience and a proven record of closing 5- and 6+ figure gifts.
