The Opportunity

Reporting to the Deputy Vice President for Development (DVP), the Executive Director of Leadership Gifts will provide coaching, mentoring, strategic direction, and management of the Leadership Gifts staff, in addition to managing a portfolio of leadership gift prospects. Working collaboratively and effectively with University Advancement offices engaged in fundraising and alumni relations at Princeton, the Executive Director will play a critical role in achieving the University’s goals as well as strategically planning for the future. The ideal candidate will bring a deep track record of working at sophisticated institutions that aspire to best practices in the industry.
