The Opportunity

The Assistant Director of Planned Giving will assist in development, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies for planned giving prospects and will maintain an understanding of the technical aspects of planned giving vehicles and the relevant tax and estate consequences. S/He will engage with alumni and friends to increase estate and planned gift contributions and will maintain a portfolio of an estimated 150 major gifts/planned giving prospects. The incumbent will also build and maintain relationships for the purpose of closing gifts of greater than $50k and will be responsible for at least 125 personal prospect visits each year.
