The Opportunity

The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will report directly to the Head of School and will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust advancement program. The CAO will oversee a team of ten professionals in annual giving, planned giving, alumni engagement and advancement operations. S/He will develop a best-in-class advancement program inclusive of major gifts and leadership gifts, with a focus on increasing alumni and parent giving and participation. The School seeks candidates who are self-starters, problem solvers, leaders and effective communicators who will exemplify the School’s mission, especially the importance of valuing “goodness as well as knowledge."
