The Opportunity

The ideal candidate for the position of Associate Vice President Philanthropy/UKHC and College of Medicine (AVP Philanthropy) will be a skilled relationship builder who will inspire trust and collaboration with colleagues and donors across the UK system. It is a tremendous opportunity for an accomplished fundraiser, skilled manager and confident leader with expertise in grateful-patient fundraising as well as deep experience working with alumni and other top prospects. As the University of Kentucky heads into the largest campaign in the University’s history and one of the most significant campaigns in the nation, the new AVP Philanthropy position will present an opportunity to build a modern, productive and meaningful healthcare philanthropy program. The position will provide leadership in addressing fundraising initiatives that support the strategic priorities of UK HealthCare and the College of Medicine, as well as the chance to join a highly sophisticated and successful team in a senior-level role.
