The Opportunity

The Director of Gift Planning is responsible for managing a small team and securing legacy gifts to the University. The Director will create and implement a broad vision for planned giving, collaborate with gift officers across campus, participate in principal gift strategies, and steward long-term funding relationships. The Director will carry a personal portfolio of assigned prospects and manage a pipeline of future support, raising awareness of legacy giving within the USF community. This leader will also develop and implement a marketing plan to identify a continuing stream of legacy prospects through mailings, seminars, referrals, and alumni relations.
